3. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some House of Venz pieces are made-to-order. Production begins after an order has been confirmed and payment received.
Because these pieces are prepared specifically for the customer, made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after the applicable cancellation period, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping information, available delivery options, and applicable shipping charges are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.
